Traffic Orders Consultation
The Department for Transport has published its consultation on amending requirements placed on traffic authorities when they propose and make temporary and permanent traffic orders.

TfL Lane Rental Consultation Report
TfL have released a report on their lane rental consultation which ran from 23rd August 2011 to 14th November 2011.
As part of their application to operate LoPS, all 19 London permitting authorities have had to set out and justify their proposed permit fee structure to the DfT. The purpose of this report is to set out the findings of those fee reviews and to explain the methodology that was adopted by each of the permitting authorities in reviewing their permit fees
